Reviews
A review is one analysis of one revision. It is immutable evidence: re-running creates a new review, not a rewrite.
Create a review
Three ways: upload files or paste a snippet (bounded by file count, bytes and runtime), review a GitHub pull request, or review a Bitbucket pull request. Pull-request reviews are bound to the head commit SHA and idempotent: submitting the same revision twice returns the existing review.
Lifecycle
A review moves through states shown in the review list. You can cancel an in-flight review and retry a failed or cancelled one from the review page or the API.
Findings
Each finding has a path, line range, category, severity (low, medium, high), explanation, remediation and provenance (which analyzer produced it). Model findings can be put through a verification pass that drops findings the verifier judges invalid.
Reviews are limited in files, bytes and runtime. Oversized submissions are rejected with HTTP 413 rather than silently truncated.
